FAQ AND POLICIES
1-Do we ship? Yes we do all 50 states
2-What is your turn around time? Depending on the order generally 2 weeks
3-Can we cancel our order? After 24 hours no it will start going into production so please make sure if it is personalized that the spelling is correct.
4-Do you offer refunds? We DO NOT accept refunds on personalized or custom items. If it is damaged in transit we will need pictures of the broken item so we can file a claim with the carrier.
5-Who do you ship through? We ship through a variety of shippers, but you will always get a tracking notification on your package.
6-My item was sent to wrong address? Please ensure when you order that the shipping address is current as we are not liable for wrong addresses.
7-Do you offer discounts? On bulk orders please email us at sales@craftsandtees.com
8-Do we ship internationally? Not at this time
9-Do we charge for rush orders? Any order that has to be shipped within 5 days will incur a $30 rush fee.
POLICIES
We do not except refunds or exchanges on anything personalized. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Any questions on your order please make sure to reach out to us via email or text.
If your item is lost during transit we will do everything we can help to locate the package. Once it ships going through the shipping is out of our control, but we will help if that happens.
Refunds (store credit) are only given if item is broken (with picture proof) or damaged. Refunds will not be given for misspelling of names unless it is our error.
